We are proud to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award, alongside some huge names including AA, Arnold Clarke, Clear Score, Anglian Water and many more, which makes our efforts feel even more valued.
Why the ‘Best Use of Tech’ category?
We are grateful to be recognised nationally for our world-class tech stack, which was introduced by our Managing Director Shayne Simpson in 2020. Since the introduction of the tech stack, we have had great success in the attraction and retention of our recruiters – our internal hiring function is busier than ever!
We entered this award as we have been able to improve the wellbeing of our staff through the use of technology. Our technology helps to automate processes, workflows and communication between recruiter and candidate, all whilst providing a personable experience at a rapid pace.
This means that our teams are able to cut-out time consuming admin duties and get to work on tasks that really matter to them – like fulfilling roles and providing a better end to end experience to candidates and clients.
