The Role
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team responsible for lead generation and nurturing, primarily from within a large existing client base.

Working closely with the Sales Consultants, the team plays a key part in the beginning part of the sales journey, creating urgency for full business consultations.   • Convert prospects to customers by qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery and building relationships, and using best practices to maximize the productivity of the sales process
