£40,000 Per Annum & Paid Overtime


Site Manager to become an integral part within the Market Leader for Smart Building Solutions, this role would see you leading a team of engineers on the completion of Cabling Projects on site.


The ideal candidate will come from a Strong IT Background with 3+ Years Experience working with Cabling Installations and managing a team of Engineers.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Leading a team of Engineers on site as they complete cable installations, ensuring the process meets client specifications and Quality Standards.
  • Handling stock management including, materials required for installation and cost forecasting.
  • Conducting Quality Reviews of Cabling prior to sign off to ensure they adhere to the best practices policy.
  • Overseeing Site Drawings and updating throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Meet with clients to confirm delivery pipeline and draw together Patching Schedules according to the project requirements.
  • Perform Risk Assessments in accordance with Health and Safety measures in place to ensure procedures are being followed.
  • Identifying opportunities for Profit Margin maximisation, accessing performance of installations vs forecasted performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to provide Progress Reports on site installations.


Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • 3+ Years Experience within the IT Industry
  • Experience Leading a Team of Engineers.
  • Experience within Cabling Installations.
  • Strong Understanding of Health and Safety Procedures.
  • Experience with Stock Management.


It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience using Sage Line 500.

Full Stack Engineering Trainer

Full Stack Engineering Trainer required in London! We are working with an innovative company which is committed to providing graduates the best training London can offer. Partnered with some of the world’s leading employers such as Goldman Sachs, Amazon and Google you will be providing our future work force with all the tools required to succeed as full stack software engineers.


Although the academy was created in January 2021, they are making rapid progress and are training their third cohort of graduates with a view to train a further 100,000+ in the years to follow. They require an individual who is passionate about training and due to the autonomy provided you will need to be forward thinking in your approach. For this role you have the option of working remote or in our open plan office based in Liverpool Street.


Some of what you will be doing:


  • Creating and delivering new training resources
  • Planning and running 12-week bootcamps
  • Providing constructive feedback


Ideally, your skills and experience will include:


  • 2+ years’ experience in either Software Engineering or training capacity
  • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript (both not required)
  • Comfortable using TML, CSS, React, Spring, SQL, Data
  • Previous experience with young software developers, specifically supporting and mentoring
  • Strong communication across the board
