We joined the online awards ceremony last week, where the winners of several categories were announced. The Tech Leader category has been described as:
It’s non-negotiable, business owners of today need to be tech-smart to achieve their goals. We want to celebrate a remarkable leader who has used technology and innovation to grow their business.” Which is something that we are immensely proud to be doing and is being recognised nationwide.”
We introduced our world-class tech stack back in 2020, with over 16 technology partners that allow us to automate our communication, processes, and workflows. Since, we have saved hours upon hours on mundane admin tasks that traditionally have been completed manually. This gives us further opportunity to have high quality conversations with our clients and candidates and has allowed us to introduce a 4-day week as a result.
It is not just TechNET IT that uses this level of technology – we use it across the entire Ascent Group, and we have experienced rapid growth in the past year as we follow our 5-year business plan. We are excited to say that the tech stack is just the start.
