Change, Communications, and Training Lead - Data & Analytics
Location: Remote
Contract: 12 Months+ Outside IR35
I have an urgent requirement for a Change, Communications, and Training Lead to play a pivotal role in a global transformation Programme, enabling new data capabilities, tools, and ways of working.
As the Change, Communications, and Training Lead, you will own the end-to-end change management strategy for data and analytics within my client's global transformation programme. You will design and deliver training, communications, and adoption frameworks that make advanced analytics, data governance, and master data management second nature across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver impactful change management to embed global data governance, master data management, and analytics adoption.
- Design and implement global data literacy programmes, moving employees toward self-service analytics and data ownership.
- Develop and execute strategic communications and training that engage stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to the C-suite.
- Build and sustain cross-functional collaboration with data, IT, operations, and finance teams worldwide.
- Coordinate global and local roll-outs of new data models and platforms, ensuring smooth phased deployments.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide data transformations within global organisations.
- Expertise in change management, with the ability to embed governance and analytics at scale.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and enterprise data model transformations.
- Experience designing and rolling out data literacy and analytics programmes for large, diverse audiences.
- Strong background in strategic communications and training, with the ability to engage across all business levels.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, partnering effectively with both technical teams and executives.
- Familiarity with enterprise data repositories, analytics hubs, and tools such as Power BI, JIRA, and data catalogs.
- Awareness of AI and advanced analytics technologies in the context of data governance is highly beneficial.
- Educated to degree-level in Data Science, Analytics, Business; or equivalent leadership experience in global data transformation.
