What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion strategy by:

  • Owning and growing strategic client relationships, operating as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Established network, to open doors, initiate high-value conversations, and drive new business.
  • Closing high-impact deals with credibility and confidence, ensuring value creation for both clients and the company.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling across the full suite of services, identifying areas for expanded engagement and aligning tailored solutions to client challenges.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador within the industry, representing the company with authority, insight, and commercial gravitas.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery, client satisfaction, and retention.

 

What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned sales leader with 6+ years' experience in account management, business development, or strategic client engagement—ideally within IT and communications solutions.
  • A credible industry operator with a commanding presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
