As part of continued growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across enterprise (250+ users) and public sector (central government, local/regional government, NHS) accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business sales strategies

  • Identify, qualify and close complex, multi-product deals (UCaaS, WAN, LAN, cloud, security)

  • Consult with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with target accounts

  • Achieve and exceed profit-based sales targets (£1.8M-£3M depending on level)

Ideal Profile:

  • Proven success in solution-led sales (not transactional), ideally into public sector and/or enterprise

  • Experience in managed communications, cloud services, networks, UCaaS, or security

  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of new business wins

  • Ability to navigate complex, fragmented organisations and deliver value-based propositions
