We're seeking a seasoned consultant to join our client's team, supporting key stakeholders within a leading asset management and private equity environment.

- Advisory & Translation: Serve as the bridge between finance professionals and Workday capabilities, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into effective system use.
- Product Insight: Leverage your knowledge of Workday Finance SKUs (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Accounts Payable, Expenses) to guide stakeholders, including familiarity with ABC (Activity-Based Costing).
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and ensure that end-user perspectives inform system enhancements.
- Sector Knowledge: Utilize your background in asset management or private equity to understand fund administration, cost allocation, and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership and finance, to ensure comprehensive and well-informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrable understanding of finance concepts, transactions, and terminology, ideally within asset management or private equity sectors.
- Workday Familiarity: Strong exposure to Workday Finance modules from a user or advisory perspective (configuration skills beneficial but not required).
- Communication: Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, articulating technical capabilities and financial requirements with clarity.
- Flexibility: Willingness to operate in a hybrid model, based in Boston (preferred) or New York, with occasional travel to Boston.
- Project Management: Adept at juggling multiple priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
