Curtis started his career at SEC Recruitment in September 1997 as a humble contract consultant, focusing on IT Infrastructure / Support and Security. After building a number of key accounts and successful relationships with companies – many of whom he still deals with today – Curtis won a tender to work with IBM Finland. It was here that Curtis built an extremely successful desk, building a team of consultants, and starting on the road to management and training. After three successful years at SEC Recruitment, an opportunity arose at a new and rapidly developing IT recruitment agency – TechNET IT. Recognising their genuine passion for customer delivery, and a quality of service that matched his own, Curtis joined TechNET IT recruitment in 2001, and hasn’t looked back.
Since joining TechNET IT Recruitment, the development of the business has been a passion for Curtis, and contributing to its success has been a source of personal satisfaction. Curtis has taken responsibility for the training of new recruits, and a large proportion of the current senior managers and consultants have been mentored by Curtis. He takes charge of new initiatives to more thoroughly engage our customer base, propelling TechNET IT towards the market dominance it holds today. Curtis looks forward to the expansion of the business, and being a driving force in all of TechNET IT’s future achievements.
Curtis has an absolute passion for cooking (albeit sometimes with dire consequences for the kitchen), cars and all sports. Curtis also has a burning desire (worryingly) to break the world record for the longest Jäger train and we hope, for the sake of all of our sanity, he doesn’t succeed anytime soon.
