- Ensuring all applications are running efficiently
- Answering inbound calls, emails and in person problems to resolve customer tickets
- Controlling Stock
- Analysing Hardware and Software faults
- Experience in an IT Support Role
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience in troubleshooting all kinds of devices
- A passion for delivering premium service
- Excellent communication.
