My client is a massive brand in the iconic shoes and styles market. They pride themselves on empowering rebellious self-expression and have been selling to consumers for more than half a decade in over 60 different countries.

They are currently looking to build out their team in Germany which will support their offices/ stores in Western Europe. As their technical service engineer, you will work closely with the wider IT team ensuring technical issues are dealt with in a great standard and timely manner.

Core responsibilities:

• Travel to numerous locations within Germany (stores, showrooms, and offices).
• Deliver all levels of technical support (research, diagnose, and identify solutions to complex technical issues).
• Proactively monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure.
• Deployment of physical servers, routers, UPS, and LAN.

Your skills/ qualities must include:

• Technical IT background with experience in technical support.
• Knowledge of security appliances, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Experienced in Networking.
• Fluent in German and English.
