Job description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer in Test.
We work with clients from all over the world, whom we support in digital transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple technology stacks and projects. We are looking for people who have fun learning new things!
Your daily tasks on the job
• Participate in requirements review/story elaborations and testing activities to deliver high-quality products and incremental value with every iteration.
• Develop test scripts and perform automated and manual exploratory testing to ensure software meets business and security requirements and established best practices.
• Leverage available tools and frameworks to produce durable tests and avoid application fragility.
• Follow through to ensure defects are reported and escalated appropriately.
Skills
• Experience in core Java programming for test automation and the ability to identify, write and execute automated tests.
• Expertise in software development to build and use automation frameworks using technologies: Java, JUnit, Selenium, JBehave, Soap UI/Pro, Spring framework, REST, JSON, and XML, Eclipse IDE, etc.
• Have knowledge and skills in test fundamentals and methodologies, ideally ISTQB or ASTQB qualified
• Be experienced in working with development and release teams.
• Have the ability to understand complex systems and to identify and design automated and manual test scenarios to strengthen existing test coverage.
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
• Test analysis and reporting ability.
