Our client is a company specialized in integrated Contact Center solutions. Developed a product that is characterized as a 100% Cloud Contact Center software, which provides all the features in a complete, robust and integrated way, such as IVR, Inbound/Outbound Services, Scripts, Tickets, Chat, CRM, Reporting/Analytics, Quality, E-learning, SMS, Text to Speech, and other features.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Research and design new software solutions to be adopted in CCaaS products;
• Help to design and implement complex features by providing continuous feedback to software development teams;
• Identify and implement mechanisms to enforce scalability and performance in CCaaS products;
• Mentor software development teams to ensure high quality developments;
• Help defining development CCaaS technological stack;
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of high an efficient CI/CD;
• Debugging complex issues.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• An experienced web software developer;
• Experience in the design of software solutions, using some of the following technologies: Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Codefresh, Postgrest.
• Experience in loosely coupled architectures;
• Knowledge and/or experience in VoIP environments is a plus;
• Communication skills, assertiveness and organization;
• Passion for learning and sharing new areas of knowledge;
• Leadership skills and a team work player;
