Service Desk Manager
Leicester

£DOE

Service Desk Manager required to join UK leaders in property services and conveyancing. This online first business is fast-paced, progressive and rapidly expanding. No two days will be the same within this role, you will get to manage a dynamic growing team and to visit different client sites!

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Keeping the Service Desk and Networking Teams motivated and engaged
  • Ensuring top class service is delivered by your team
  • Distributing tasks to the team and setting achievable project deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance
  • Monitor and review performance including metrics reporting
  • Provide regular coaching and support to the team
  • Manage all escalations and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner

A bit about you:

  • You are confident managing a team and completing career progression plans
  • You have experience managing a busy Service Desk
  • You are excellent at delivering on deadlines
  • You thrive under pressure and are a master of prioritization
  • You hold a full clean driver’s license
