Service Desk Manager required to join UK leaders in property services and conveyancing. This online first business is fast-paced, progressive and rapidly expanding. No two days will be the same within this role, you will get to manage a dynamic growing team and to visit different client sites!
Some of what you will be doing:
- Keeping the Service Desk and Networking Teams motivated and engaged
- Ensuring top class service is delivered by your team
- Distributing tasks to the team and setting achievable project deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance
- Monitor and review performance including metrics reporting
- Provide regular coaching and support to the team
- Manage all escalations and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner
A bit about you:
- You are confident managing a team and completing career progression plans
- You have experience managing a busy Service Desk
- You are excellent at delivering on deadlines
- You thrive under pressure and are a master of prioritization
- You hold a full clean driver’s license
