£25,000 Per Annum
Service Desk Engineer to join one of the top five ranked Service Suppliers in Europe, providing Technical solutions and support to users across the world.
The ideal candidate would come from a First Line Support background, with experience supporting clients across multiple sites.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Recording and investigating customer tickets.
- Installing Hardware and Software.
- Creating Infrastructure documentation specific to each customer.
- Managing ticket queues in line with customer SLA’s.
- Uploading live Time Entries onto the ticket system.
Your skills and experience will include:
- 1+ Years Experience within Desktop Support or Field Based Engineering.
- Experience within a Customer Facing environment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2019, and Exchange 2016.
- Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and installing Windows 10.
- Previous experience supporting desktop users with RDS onto terminal servers.
- Understanding of VMware and SAN.
- Analytical thinker.
- Methodical approach to issue resolution.
