£33,000 Per Annum
Service Desk Engineer to come on board with the leaders within IT Solutions, providing support across Network, Hardware and Software.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong Service Desk Engineering backgrounding, handling a high volume of customer tickets.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Handling incoming calls and converting customer queries into tickets.
- Uploading tickets onto the ticket management system, tracking queue volume in line with SLA’s.
- Delivering Hardware Configurations and Software Installations.
- Maintaining and Supporting Infrastructure.
Your skills and experience will include:
- 1+ Years Experience within Service Desk Support or Field Based Engineering.
- Experience working as a part of a wide Service Delivery Function.
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
- Understanding of AD
- Knowledge of Networking Technologies
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience working with ITIL Foundation
