Service Desk Coordinator

Hayes

Shift Work- 4 Days on, 4 Days Off (Days/Nights/Weekends)

£24,000- £28,000

 

Service Desk Coordinator to join the Market Leader within IT Infrastructure, providing remote support for clients across three global regions.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Helpdesk or Data Centre background, with experience using a ticketing system.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Managing incoming tasks and assigning to engineers within the agreed timeline.
  • Handling incoming tickets and logging on ticket management systems.
  • Creating service review and financial process documentation.
  • Raising incident tickets and escalating to engineers.
  • Tracking queue volume in accordance with SLA’s.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • 3+ Years’ Experience within a First Line Support/Service Desk Role
  • Coordination Experience
  • Previous Experience using a Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

It would be great if you also had:

  • Previous Experience within a Data Centre environment or technologies.
