Service Desk Coordinator to join the Market Leader within IT Infrastructure, providing remote support for clients across three global regions.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong Helpdesk or Data Centre background, with experience using a ticketing system.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Managing incoming tasks and assigning to engineers within the agreed timeline.
- Handling incoming tickets and logging on ticket management systems.
- Creating service review and financial process documentation.
- Raising incident tickets and escalating to engineers.
- Tracking queue volume in accordance with SLA’s.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- 3+ Years Experience within a First Line Support/Service Desk Role
- Previous Experience using a Helpdesk Ticketing System
- Experience using Microsoft Office
It would be great if you also had:
- Previous Experience within a Data Centre environment or technologies.
