Second Line Support Engineer
Towcester
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum

 

Second Line Support Engineer needed to join an innovative and rapidly expanding IT solutions provider. You will be resolving technical issues escalated from first line support engineers, implementing the most suitable solution for a given situation. You are a positive, team oriented individual, who has a keen interest in client satisfaction.

 

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Delivering excellent IT support and service to multiple clients   
  • Being the escalation point for first line support engineers
  • Assessing and resolving technical issues
  • Upgrading hardware and conducting data migrations  

 

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • 3 years of experience in second line IT support
  • Excellent knowledge of networking, routers, and servers
  • Proven experience resolving hardware and software issues
  • Strong understanding of Telephony and Mobile devices

 

It would be great if you also had:

  • The Microsoft MS-100 certification
  • Experience with RMM dashboards
