I have a very exciting contract opportunity for a PHP developer based in the UK on a fully remote basis. My client is a globally recognised consultancy/ technology company who specialises in helping ambitious brands to grow.

This client is 20,000 strong in 90 markets all around the world, these guys bring creative storytelling and highly specialised vertical competencies to drive growth for their clients.

With current projects showing no signs of slowing down and further work incoming, they are looking for an experienced developer to use PHP and other open-source technologies to help them migrate existing code to their new SP APIs.

PHP developer responsibilities

• Write clean and scalable code using PHP.
• Test and deploy applications.
• Revise, update, and debug code.

Required experience/ skills

• PHP development experience. (proven commercial)
• Design/ architectural patterns knowledge.
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks. (Symfony, Zend)
• Rest APIs.
• SQL Databases.
