Performance Marketing Manager to join the Market Leaders in Graduate Career Prospects, focusing on being the sole provider of career opportunities for students looking for their dream roles!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a bespoke strategy for paid media and student acquisition focused on growing memberships.

The ideal candidate would come from a strong background in performance marketing paired with a portfolio of implementing high quality campaigns.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Owning all paid media campaigns with the intention of driving engagement with key demographics.
• Creating digital campaigns across multiple social platforms to increase student acquisition.
• Analysing the conversion funnel to understand the user journey and identify opportunities to optimize the experience.
• Identifying new approaches of developing the brand and attracting new students in a cost effective manner.
• Creating engaging content and messages in line with the target audience analysis.
• Working collaboratively with the SEO/PPC teams on campaigns to maximise campaign reach and performance.
• Growing the brand tone to encourage consistency across all marketing mediums.
• Managing the media budget, tracking spend in line with campaign progress to understand ROI.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• 4+ Years Experience in Performance Marketing
• Experience in defining Marketing Strategy
• Experience within Paid Social Advertising
• Track record of reviewing performance analytics
• Experience with PPC

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience within the Education Industry.
• Experience working with Graduates/Students within Marketing.
