Position: Network Support Analyst

Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: London

Network Support Analyst needed for an amazing unique MSP that focuses on delivering the highest quality support for London clients as well as offering continuous training & development to their staff to ensure they are the best in their field. If you love to solve problems, have great customer service skills & love to continuously learn then this may be for you.

Some of what you will be doing:

• You will be part of a team offering IT services to clients around London.
• You will be taking ownership of clients’ network, cloud & infrastructure projects.
• You will be assisting with the planning/managing of servers as well as system maintenance whilst acting as the point of escalation on issues.
• When required you will help resolve any laptop, desktop & mobile phone devices issues.

A bit about you:

• Experience working in a Network Support Capacity.
• Experience & understanding of various network technologies. (TCP/IT, DNS, DHCP)
• Good knowledge & exposure to Azure (Azure SQL, AzureAD, Azure VMs) & O365, Exchange online,
• Experience with Firewalls, VPN configuration as well as network monitoring solutions such as Solarwinds, Splunk, etc.
• Knowledge of Virtualisation Technologies (Hyper-V or VMWare)
• Experienced with Window Servers

It would be nice if you had:

• Experience with Backup technologies such as Veeam.
• Network & internet security.
• Exposure to various products such as Cisco, Meraki, Draytek, Sonicwall.
• Certification in Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, etc
