IT Support Analyst

Up to £25,000 per annum

This client is a web-based housing and finance platform that uses high technology to provide high end support to clients in the Social Housing Sector.

This person will provide first line support to client issues and queries over the phone and via email. It will be regularly liaising with the implementation team and client services team to ensure clients smoothly transition from projects and business as usual with a high level of service. This role will be reporting directly to the Client Services Manager in a client facing role.

Ideally your skills will include:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support role
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Be able to adjust quickly to changing circumstances, communicating situational updates to internal stakeholders

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of finance applications
• Understanding of the Social Housing environment
