IT Service Delivery Manager needed to join a global community of business and not-for-profit associations. You will be working to enhance the company’s technology systems by managing their network of external parties and software suppliers. You are a personable and detail orientated individual, with exceptional IT knowledge and a keen interest in business.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Managing the smooth running of the company’s worldwide IT services
• Working closely with business stakeholders to recommend service changes
• Being the contact point for security issues and escalations
• Working with third-party agencies to ensure the efficient running of IT systems

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• Educated to degree level
• Excellent IT knowledge (Including Azure, Active Directory and Office 365)
• Project management or project delivery experience
• Business and commercial awareness

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience working in businesses based in more than one international location
