Insight and Data Analyst

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Insight and Data Analyst required to join an exciting incentive and performance platform to deliver inspiring solutions to improve business and employee performance. They specialise across event management, sales and channel solutions delivering results across global clients.

As a Insight and Data Analyst you will be part of the client services team providing reports and analysis to help optimise initial concepts and delivery structure. This will be achieved through the application of leading-edge tools and techniques and strategy planning.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Analysing and combining multiple data sources (both internal and external) to identify and create new, valuable, and accurate data sets
• Running and managing regular reporting and post-campaign analysis and to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Identifying any issues and creating solutions aligning to client’s business strategy to improve their customer experience
• Using Power BI/Tableau to uncover insight, trends and patterns in programme data which will add value to customer and client campaigns

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• Extensive experience in data analysis and customer insight
• Experience of customer databases and analytical tools (Power BI, SPSS, R and SQL)
• Knowledge of packages or approaches to displaying data
• Strong business analyst background with a focus on technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information and techniques
