Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Fully Remote (UK or Portugal)
Up to £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
HR Business Partner required to join a cutting-edge, futuristic tech start up and world leader for digital automated solutions. The purpose is to help businesses seize the opportunity to deliver meaning and powerful experience across entertainment, education and work purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality support and improvement of strategies, processes and policies for recruitment, onboarding and learning and development
- Supporting change and performance management
- Improving HR administration, systems, and reporting
- Supporting team members in HR related issues
- Ensuring quality support, relationship management, disciplinary procedures and regulatory frameworks are present
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure organisational deliverables are met
- Analysing market research trends and best practices in HR
Ideally you will have:
- 6-8+ years’ experience in human resources management
- Experience in both HR and recruitment
- Understanding of different labor regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience implementing change and resolving conflict
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience within the tech industry
- Experience of the Portuguese labor law and language is an advantage
