Head of Marketing (Brand Communications)

Bracknell (hybrid / remote working)

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum

Head of Marketing needed to join a rapidly growing beauty wellbeing business, with an impressive range of consumer products. You will be leading strategic 360 global planning across retail and ecommerce markets. Ideally you will have experience in digital marketing, brand and retail marketing, PR, and social activities. You will need a great strategic mindset with great organisational skills to oversee and execute on projects.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Supporting and executing the marketing strategy, overlooking all global activations, and driving commercial growth
• Defining target audiences through insights and data analytics
• Defining campaign opportunities and supporting sales and e-commerce objectives
• Supporting wider business objectives for growth priorities and product launches
• Supporting with the creation on the content strategy and influencer journey from interest to purchase

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• A strategic leader and team player who can coach and upskill the team
• Strong marketing experience in PR, Social and Media
• Experience in product marketing in retail / consumer goods / FMCG
• Good stakeholder management, managing teams and agencies
