Head of IT

Peterborough (hybrid/site travel)

£80,000 + £5,000 car allowance

Head of IT required to join a specialist manufacturing firm. You will be joining a team of technical experts and best in class customer service. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing company wide IT strategy, as well as working with multiple stakeholders to design technology solutions and improve business systems and processes.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Designing and delivering innovative IT solutions across the business
• Developing and managing the IT roadmap bringing in new implementation to impact the business
• Managing 3^rd party partners to deliver IT service experience
• Developing complex IT landscapes and IT infrastructure for business growth

Your skills and experience will include:

• Experience leading IT infrastructure and project delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and the business
• Experience implementing IT systems and negotiating with third parties
• Understanding of Microsoft applications (D365, SharePoint, PowerApps) as well as MS Office suite skills
• Understanding of logistics / manufacturing

It would be great if you also had:

• Working knowledge of M1 is a plus (Cloud based ERP software)
