£60,000 to £70,000 per annum

Head of Global Marketing needed to join a rapidly growing network of wellbeing and beauty businesses, with an impressive range of brands and consumer products. We are looking for an experienced integrated marketeer with a passion for strategy. You will be driving the marketing strategy to boost brand growth. You are strategic, energetic, and driven, with experience of leading thriving teams.   

Some of what you will be doing:

• Leading the marketing strategy across brand, retail, and e-commerce teams
• Outline KPIs for commercial growth across target audiences
• Liaise closely with the Sales and E-commerce team to create a succinct and aligned strategy
• Recommend marketing campaigns, briefs, and content to boost awareness, retention, and growth

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• Strong strategic experience and mindset
• Excellent knowledge across digital, offline, and instore marketing, PR, brand, and retail strategy
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or luxury goods
• Proven experience of fully integrated marketing
