Head of Digital Marketing required at an ever-growing and flourishing business in the financial technology world, are looking for an experienced marketing manager. You will be someone who can use their positive, can-do attitude in order to make an impact with their accomplished and growing team to satisfy 100,000 clients.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Developing an implausible vision for the next 3 years for the Client’s digital capability
• Take ownership of leading websites in the market and delivering them to multiple EMEA geographies
• Evolving SEO capability to include domain authority, technical and content
• The ability to amplify digital content and comms through social media handles and networks
• Creating an exhilarating environment to lead a small yet talented team
• Supervising day to day operations whilst motivating team members
• Encouraging the team to take risks and be creative all whilst meeting the goals and deadlines needed

Ideally, The Person

• Has a comprehensive background in creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns
• Must be complacent with reporting and analytics in order to run the campaigns and projects necessary
• Will have conviction in their ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage the project delivery
• Is an articulate communicator with exceptional organisational skills in order to manage agency relationship along with delivery
