Field Services Technician to join leading Microsoft Partner. This is an opportunity for an experienced Technician to invest in their personal growth, working with a proactive company that values personal development.

The ideal candidate will take a methodical approach to problem resolution and come from a background in field services or service desk support.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Investigating, resolving, and escalating customer tickets.
• Implementing Software Installations and Hardware Configurations.
• Meeting client expectations through the management of SLA’s.
• Providing technical support to multiple users.

Your skills and experience will include:

• 1+ Years Experience in Field Services or Service Desk Support Environment.
• Strong Experience working with DNS Services and AD
• Experience installing and configuring Firewalls, Routers and VPN’s.
• Experience working with Group Policy, both creating and troubleshooting.

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience with Cisco or Sonicwall.
• Experience with Citrix Xenapp or Netscaler.
