London - Hybrid

£40,000 DOE + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Employee Benefits Implementation Manager required to join a leading digital platform for services and payments. You will be joining a tech leader across global markets to lead employee benefit implementation and renewal projects.

Some of what you will be doing:

• End-to-end project management, providing guidance on administration processes
• Guide clients through implementations and renewals
• Ensuring documentation of processes, the data interfaces, benefits scheme
• Creation and maintenance of data management, transformation processes
• Quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing to meet agreed designs

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• Strong client-facing experience
• Experience in working with and understanding data
• Experience with Office 365 products; Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent time management and the ability to work in high-pressure environments
