Position: Desktop Support Engineer (Permanent)

Location: London

A leading game studio is looking for an exceptionally Passionate Desktop Support Engineer to join the IT team on a permanent basis. They are looking for an individual who is ready for the challenge of working as part of a team in a world-class games development studio with over 250 employees.

What you will be doing:

• Resolving IT issues for the studio remote and office staff
• Some 1st line troubleshooting and administration of user accounts, desktops, and consoles
• Assisting with managing servers and network infrastructure
• Other projects and tasks may be required by the needs of the team

What you will need:

• Experience with Desktop PC hardware
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac
• Basic knowledge of networks
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Strong interest in the games industry
