The Role

Design solutions to improve services, processes and organization, in accordance with BMC standard.

Advices on the technical aspects of the solutions

Within a business change program, leading of the preparation of the technical plans and cooperation with the business assurance staff.

Use appropriate tools to lead the development of solutions architecture.

Technical skills

4 years’ experience in Business analysis of new requirements and design of the solutions, following the BMC standards.

3 years’ experience with BMC Remedy system architecture

3 years’ experience with Java development with experience in BMC API

3 years’ experience with SQL queries and optimization

Languages:     French + English
