Are you an Android developer? Looking for a new challenge working for one of the most exciting and upcoming start-ups? How does fully remote from the convenience of your own home sound?

I am currently working with a very exciting and well-funded start-up that is a matrix-based end-to-end encrypted messenger and partnership app. This client operates on the open matrix network to provide interoperability between other messenger and apps.

Their matrix protocol is used by millions of people globally, from the European governments to community groups and open-source projects.

Android Developer role overview:

Due to rapid growth and ground-breaking plans to build things for everyone, this client is now looking to further expand their already brilliant mobile development team.

You will be spending most of your time working on their flagship Android client, their android is written in Kotlin and backed by Realm.

Core skills and requirements:

• Experienced designing and building performant android applications.
• Kotlin experience in a professional capacity.
• Designing UI using Android Constraint Layout.
• Employing established UX conventions with an eye for aesthetic design.
