2nd Line Engineer (Onsite)

Salary up to £37,500
 

2nd Line Engineer required for an IT Services company based onsite in Central London. You will be essential to providing all encompassing 2nd line support with a key focus on providing effective problem resolution in a professional manor through one-to-one deskside assistance.
 

Some of what you will be doing:

 

  • Log and resolve customer tickets in a timely manor providing first time fix where possible
  • Maintain SLA’s
  • Escalating any issues or concerns efficiently
  • Maintain site technical documentation
  • Hardware & software installations
  • Keep up to date with market updates and trends

 

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

 

  • Microsoft 365
  • Exchange technologies
  • Active Directory
  • Firewalls, Router and VPN technologies
  • Network support

 

It would be great if you also had:

 

  • Sage X3 technologies
  • Cloud technologies
  • OneDrive
  • SharePoint
  • SQL
