£22,000 DOE
1st Line Support Technician to join a Leading provider in IT infrastructure, application and cloud solutions for various organizations partnering with big names such as Microsoft, SAP and HP. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an established team within a state-of-the-art IT company with over 100 IT specialists.
Training is provided.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing technical solutions
- Logging of incidents using a ticketing system
- Managing and assigning technician’s queues setting realistic expectations to customers
- Escalating issues to the relevant teams
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in using Active Directory
- Experience in providing technical support in a service desk/helpdesk environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using Ticketing Systems
It would be great if you also had:
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 products and Admin Console
- Knowledge of Citrix/Microsoft Server operating systems/Microsoft RDS
- Knowledge of Veeam support
