A 1st line support Engineer is required for an outstanding IT Solutions company based in Dorset.They are a leading solutions provider who partner with market leading Vendors.

The Enthusiastic and Professional Candidate will join a well - established team. To be successful in this role you must have the following experience.
  • A professional Attitude 
  • Understanding of Active directory/Group Policy
  • Understanding of Anti-Virus products and Technologies
  • A good understanding of PC hardware and networking principals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products and admin Console 
  • Customer Service Focused 
Advantageous to the role would be 
  • Citrix, SQL, Solarwinds Nable Knowledge
  • Backup Technologies 
  • Scripting 
  • Veeam Knowledge
