1st Line IT Support staff required to join a leading manufacturing business. You will be providing quality service to customers that come through the help desk on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to solve and analyse problems to find effective solutions.
- First line of contact for supporting customer needs
- Ensuring all applications are running efficiently
- Answering inbound calls, emails and in person problems to resolve customer tickets
- Providing exemplary customer service.
- 3 Years’ Experience in an IT Support Role
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Microsoft Client OS
- Experience in troubleshooting all kinds of devices
- A passion for delivering premium service
- Excellent communication.
