1st Line IT Support staff required to join a leading manufacturing business. You will be providing quality service to customers that come through the help desk on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to solve and analyse problems to find effective solutions.

Some of what you will be doing:

• First line of contact for supporting customer needs
• Ensuring all applications are running efficiently
• Answering inbound calls, emails and in person problems to resolve customer tickets
• Providing exemplary customer service.

A bit about you:

• 3 Years’ Experience in an IT Support Role
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Microsoft Client OS
• Experience in troubleshooting all kinds of devices
• A passion for delivering premium service
• Excellent communication.
