I am currently recruiting for experienced Technical Support Engineers, Desktop/General tech support. Working for with the private Educational sector.

Technical Requirement

•Desktop Support (Microsoft based products)
•Windows Operating Systems (NT, XP, Vista, 7 etc)
•Basic to mid-level MS Server experience
•Installation/maintenance/troubleshooing of general IT Hardware/Software (Driver/Patch updates)
•Printers/Projectors
•General Networking support (cabling/installs etc)

This role will suit general all-round IT Support engineers – hands on experience, willing to be involved in general troubleshooing issues.

Travel is required for this role as there are nationwide sites – must be happy to stay away (Expences payable)
