Why were we engaged?

How did we do?
At the time of TechNET IT’s initial engagement, our client was recruiting for a large number of high calibre Java software developers to quickly join their team on a contract basis. Before TechNET IT were able to recruit for these positions, we were tasked with recruiting a multi-lingual BA with specific technology/industry background, in order to ascertain our abilities and candidate selection processes. This position was a role they had been trying to fill for a number of weeks with little success. Following an in depth conversation with the recruiting manager, and a detailed job specification, TechNET IT were quickly able to provide three CV’s from which all were interviewed, and one was hired.
Following the success of recruiting the multi-lingual contract BA, TechNET IT were fully engaged onto the PSL and given the opportunity to recruit for the software development roles. Of the roles remaining at this time, TechNET IT were able to supply 85% of the remaining consultants required, despite being four weeks behind the existing PSL.

What happened next?
Since our initial engagement in 2008 TechNET IT have now established a strong working relationship with all departments within our client’s company, recruiting for both contract and permanent vacancies both in the UK and overseas.
TechNET IT have also developed relationships within our client’s sister company, through a strong recommendation of our industry knowledge and abilities from their HR team.

From recruiting a number of mid to senior level development and support staff, TechNET IT have also assisted in recruiting a number of senior appointments in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Programme Manager, and Testing Manager. Through our continued partnership with our client, TechNET IT have become a reliable source of candidates both for long running recruitment campaigns, and short notice interim roles (some requiring candidates to start the next morning).
