When TechNET IT was established in 2001 we outlined the Core Values that would inform and govern the work we do, and the way we do it. Ten years on, these core values underpin our business and its success; they shape the culture of the company and define who we are as a collective.

Our modus operandi means that from the initial engagement with TechNET IT, our clients receive one-to-one advice and guidance from the consultant most suited to meet their requirements. This consultant will manage and supervise the entire recruitment process, from the first meeting to final delivery. Forming a genuine, trusting rapport with our clients ensures that they return to us again and again.

When TechNET IT opened, we responded directly to the needs of the market around us. This attitude has never changed, and as the industry continues to grow and evolve, so does TechNET IT. Furthermore, TechNET IT reacts to the environment around us, opening new regional and national offices to respond to specific areas of demand.
